  • Conference programming will take place at three venues in Raleigh across three days.

    Wednesday, November 11 at 1:00 p.m.–5:30 p.m.

    Thursday, November 12 at 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.

    Friday, November 13 at 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.

    Deadline to register for the convening is Friday, September 25, 2026

  • Hotel reservations can be made at a discounted rate of $239 per night at the Tempo by Hilton Downtown Raleigh.

    The cutoff date for reservations is Friday, September 25, 2026.

    Rooms are subject to availability. After the cutoff date, you will need to call and reserve a room and provide the hotel, dates, and reference the group name Creative States Coalition Annual Conference when contacting the hotel.

  • CSC can offer a limited number of modest stipends to current members of the Coalition to support travel the convening. You should have received an email from Candace with more information. Stipends will be sent after the conclusion of the event.
