Conference programming will take place at the Hilton Garden Inn University District.

Program begins on Wednesday, Nov. 12th at 2:00 PM and concludes on Friday, Nov. 14th at 2 PM.

Hotel reservations can be made at a discounted rate of $209 per night at the Hilton Garden Inn University District.

The cutoff date for reservations was 10/12/25.

Rooms are subject to availability. After the cutoff date, you will need to call and reserve a room and provide the hotel, dates, and Group Code CSCAC.

The CSC will offer current members of the Coalition a travel stipend of $500 after the conclusion of the convening.
